Word processor, Word Pad, or Open Office?
No. Microsoft Word Only.
You
can purchase an inexpensive OEM copy of MS Works ($17-$39) that includes MS Word.
Go to
an Internet Search Engine like Google.com, Yahoo, etc. and search for
'Microsoft Works 2004 OEM', or 'Microsoft Works
2003 OEM' or "Microsoft Works 2002 OEM' and get the best deal from a supplier who has it in stock. Many
versions of Works
2002 or later include MS
Word 2002. Ensure the version you purchase includes
Microsoft Word.
Some do not.

How can I be sure if I have Microsoft Word installed?
Click Start, then Run.
Enter winword.exe in the box. Click OK. If Microsoft Word starts, click
Word's Help menu and then click on About Microsoft Word. You will see the
version displayed. Make note of it. If you get an error message about file
not found, you don't have MS Word installed:

No. Windows only. On some Macs, especially Intel based, you can
purchase software, e.g., Parallels, VMWare, Leopard Boot Camp, etc. to allow
a Mac to run Windows. You then must have a copy of Microsoft Windows
installed AND a copy of Microsoft Word 2000, 2002, 2003, or 2007 installed.
You can then install Wizard products. Versions of Word for Mac are NOT
compatible. It must be one of the aforementioned versions of Word that are
compatible with Windows.

How long does it take to download?
About 5 minutes on a fast broadband
connection. We do Not recommend
downloading via dial-up. For dial-up customers, you
can download from any computer with a broad band
connection and a CD burner. Download the install file,
burn it to CD, and install it on your home computer.

aspects. If you purchase with an e-check, PayPal will put a 4
business day hold on your payment before releasing the order to us. If
you have an account with PayPal, and there are funds in the account,
PayPal will not let you use a credit card to purchase. You must first
use or deplete the cash in your account.
