Shipping Options

We use the following shipping methods:

Method 1:

Instant Download from the Internet. This is our primary method of delivery. All purchases will include download instructions to those who provide an email address.

Method 2:

U.S. Domestic First Class Mail. CD's are shipped first class mail the next business day. While they may arrive as early as one day, three postal business days is typical. However, it may take over a week, so be patient. Registration & Installation instructions ARE NOT SENT WITH THE CD. They are sent by email on the day of your purchase so save, print, and retain these vital instructions. All CD shipments include Instant Download described above.

International Shipping Policies:

We ship using Air Mail Letter Post. Prices and availability may vary, but typically are an additional $10 US over domestic prices, and will arrive in 4 to 7 days, but may be longer. The recipient is responsible for any import duty due in the country of delivery.

Tracking your order:

To keep our customer's shipping expenditures to a minimum, we do not ordinarily track orders as that is more expensive.  If it has been over 10 business days (30 for international) and you ordered a shipment that included a CD, contact us.

Nevertheless, if you wish to utilize a delivery method, e.g., UPS Next Day, or Express Mail, that includes tracking, contact us for pricing.
